Seasonal Compulsory Supplements (New Year ) if any will be charged extra whenever applicable.
All reservations are confirmed on receipt of one night room rent payment or the amount specified by us.
Any cancellation within 72 hours from the date of arrival the payment , No Refund & No Postponement.
Any cancellation within 7 Days from the date of arrival 50% of the tariff & tax will be chargeable or postponement will do (postponement period within a month).
Any cancellation within 15 Days from the date of arrival postponement will do (postponement period within a month) 25% of the tariff & tax will chargeable.
No Show or non cancellation of a confirmed reservation will be charged for full stay.
